Cloudflare R2

Cloudflare R2 is S3-compatible storage that you can use for Coolify backups.

Configure Cloudflare R2

Create a bucket

Create the bucket that will hold the backup files in the Cloudflare R2 dashboard.

Create an R2 API token

Create an R2 API token with Object Read & Write permission. Scope the token to the backup bucket when you do not want it to access other R2 buckets.

Save the S3 credentials

After Cloudflare creates the token, copy the S3 client credentials shown on the confirmation page.

Values required by Coolify

Save the Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, and S3 endpoint. You need all three values when adding the storage to Coolify.

Add Cloudflare R2 to Coolify

Open S3 Storages in the Coolify sidebar, select Add, and enter the bucket name, endpoint, and credentials from the previous steps. Leave Region at its default value for R2.

Select Validate Connection & Continue. Coolify verifies the connection by listing objects in the bucket.
