# Manage Members

Use the active team's **Members** page to review access, change another member's role, and revoke invitations that should no longer be accepted.

## Review the member list

1. Confirm that the intended team is active.
2. Select **Team** in the Coolify sidebar.
3. Select **Members**.

The table shows **Name**, **Email**, **Role**, and the actions your role permits. Owners and administrators also see **2FA** status. Use search and the role or 2FA filters to narrow the list.

Review the list regularly and remove access that is no longer needed. A person's role applies only to this team; the same account can have a different role in another team.

## Change a member's role

Owners and Admins can change another member's role. The available actions depend on your role and the other person's current role.

| Your role  | Role changes available                                                            |
| :--------- | :-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Owner**  | Change another Owner, Admin, or Member to any of the other roles.                 |
| **Admin**  | Change an Admin to Member, or change a Member to Admin. Owners cannot be changed. |
| **Member** | No role-change actions.                                                           |

Find the member, open **Manage**, then select **Make owner**, **Make admin**, or **Make member**.

> **Info: Role changes revoke team API tokens**

> When you change a member's role, Coolify revokes that user's API tokens for this team. The person must create replacement tokens if they still need API access.

The member list reloads after the change. Confirm that the **Role** column shows the new role.

You cannot change your own role from the member list. Ask another person with sufficient access to make the change.

## Review pending invitations

Owners and Admins can review **Pending Invitations** below the invitation form.

Each row shows:

* the invited email address
* whether the invitation was created for email delivery or as a link
* the role the person will receive
* the invitation link

Invitation links are valid for three days. A valid invitation for an email address must be accepted, revoked, or allowed to expire before another invitation can be created for that address.

## Revoke an invitation

Select **Revoke** beside an invitation that should no longer grant access.

Coolify removes the pending invitation immediately. Confirm that its row disappears from **Pending Invitations**. If the person still needs access, create a new invitation with the correct role.
