## POST /databases/{uuid}/envs

Create Env

Create env by database UUID.

**Authentication:** Bearer token (`bearerAuth`)

### Parameters

| is_shown_once | boolean | no | If true, the saved value is hidden in the UI and API responses. MCP never returns environment variable values. |
